Whether in the boardroom, classroom, meeting room, or house of worship, the SIIG Wallplate HDMI/VGA HDBaseT Kit provides a neat looking distribution system from a single HDMI or VGA source to the HDMI display device of your choice. The kit extends your HDMI signal beyond the normal distance limit by converting the signal to HDBaseT, transmitting it over category (Ethernet) cable to the receiver box, which converts it back to HDMI to feed your display. The system allows you to select your source, input audio, and control the receiver box, from an attractive wall-mounted control panel.

The kit will transmit video up to 1920 x 1080 as well as 1920 x 1200 computer signals, and the control panel allows you to switch between either source during your presentation by pressing a button. You can also use the mic input to embed audio into the media stream to be played out by the display device. The kit supports PoE, which allows you to power the transmitter and receiver from a single power supply. The system also supports IR pass-through and IR learning for control of the display device from the control panel.
