JMI Telescopes makes this large Universal Wheeley Bar to support and more easily transport larger field tripods and telescope rigs without having to disassemble heavy and awkward components. This edition comes with upgraded locking 10" pneumatic wheels, versus the smaller stock 5" hard polyurethane, that allow you to move your rig to your observation point. The wheel upgrade lets you take the wheeley bar (with much care and delicate handling) across grass, dirt, and gravel—surfaces that the standard wheels are unable to traverse. JMI also outfitted the wheeley bar with 5/8" heavy duty leveling screws to properly level your tripod when you move it from point to point for accurate alignment and proper tracking. It has a maximum payload capacity of 300 pounds, tip receptacles with an inside diameter of 2.25 inches, and is adjustable to fit tripods with a tip-to-tip distance of 49 to 56.5 inches.
