Celestron Hummingbird 9-27x56 Micro Spotting Scope (Angled Viewing)

  • Description
From your backyard patio to the deepest back country adventure, the Celestron Hummingbird 9-27x56 Spotting Scope is designed to be your constant companion wherever you enjoy watching birds, bees, and other wildlife. Measuring just over 8 inches long with a comfortable 45° angled eyepiece, this spotter will easily fit in your pack or pocket and can be used mounted to a tripod or simply held by hand for fast glassing on the go.

Its broad 9-27x magnification range lets you scan wide swaths of the landscape looking for targets with the ability to crank up the power for an up-close look when you find something interesting. A large objective lens is optimized for long-distance observations with the light-gathering capability required to keep views bright and crisp even in challenging light or when you're observing a subject on max magnification at extreme long range. To further improve light transmission, Celestron employs BAK4 prism glass and phase-correcting prism coatings, with anti-reflection multi-coatings on the lens system. These features work together to ensure views are bright and clear with high contrast and sharp resolution.

The compact housing is covered in a protective rubber armor that provides sure handling while you're setting it up or breaking it down on a tripod or pulling it from your pocket to take a quick look up a ridge. A standard 1/4"-20 tripod mount lets you attach it to most photo/video/field tripods, tripod heads, or quick release plates. Celestron also includes a woven nylon carrying case that has both a removable shoulder strap and a belt strap to give a variety of carrying options in the field.
