The Altman Genesis Lighting Control Console allows you to control up to 24 individual fixture groups over 512 control channels, with more fixtures/DMX universes supported with the addition of up to two optional Altman Genesis Wing add-ons. The control console has an intuitive 7" touchscreen display at the heart of the system and features 24 fixture faders, each with a bump button, allowing you to program and control up to 24 independently-addressed fixtures.

Many functions, such as pan and tilt, are managed via the 7" display, which in addition to touch sliders offers icons, a color picker, and movement targets for simple and efficient operation. The control console also has an "Animate" feature for creating chases, sequencing, and patterned attribute control within a single cue. It allows you to set up complex effects between two or more fixtures. Other key features include multiple undo and redo commands, a fixture template wizard, and on-board context sensitive help with multi-language support.
