The MC-40 Multipurpose Clamp from Leofoto can be used to attach accessories to your tripod. You can clamp the clamp around a tripod leg with a diameter of up to 1.6". The 3/8"-16 and two 1/4"-20 threaded screw holes allow you to attach accessories with a magic arm, such as a tablet/smartphone holder, an external video monitor, or an LED light. The clamp can also be used the other way around, attaching the magic arm with the 3/8"-16 screw hole to the tripod and clamping an object with the MC-40.
