The iSeries 1717-16 Waterproof Utility Case from SKB is molded of high-strength polypropylene co-polymer resin and features a gasket-sealed, dust and waterproof submersible design (MIL-C-4150J). It also features a molded-in hinge, a patented trigger-release latch system, and a snap-down handle with rubber overmold for comfortable handling. The automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) prevents vacuum lock, and the case is resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus, and impact damage (MIL-STD-810F).
