Ideal for advanced high school, biology, college, veterinarian, medical, or technical applications, the BRESSER Science TFM-301 40-1000x Trinocular Microscope is outfitted with an integrated port on the top of the head that allows the easy connection of optional microscope cameras or even DSLRs to capture, save, and share views of your specimens.

The binocular eyepieces are set at a comfortable 45° angle to the body for a natural and comfortable viewing position with adjustable diopters on each eyepiece and an interpupillary range from 55 to 75mm, so just about anyone can easily share and use it. The head is equipped with dual wide-field 10x eyepieces that when combined with the objectives, produce magnifications from 40x to 1000x. Semi-plan objectives present a flat field of view across about 80% of the center portion, so the only noticeable curvature (spherical aberration) will be around the edges of the view. To facilitate easier slide and specimen changes, the four-position nosepiece is set in a reverse position so the unused objectives face away from the user.

Its dual-speed coaxial focuser provides a fast and easy way to achieve tack-sharp views. A large stage has integrated rulers and a slide/specimen holder to make it easy to view a variety of specimen types. The lower LED illumination is sent through a Köhler optical system to ensure even lighting with a rheostat to control the intensity. The light is further directed through an adjustable-height 1.25 N.A. Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm to give you extreme control of the light coming through to the stage. Utilizing current LED technology delivers higher light efficiency than a conventional tungsten bulb with a cool operating temperature that prolongs specimen life when viewing live material.
