The Vortex Archer's Strap is essentially a longer, straight version of their standard "Comfort Strap".  It is padded and made of neoprene, but does not have a contour cut to accommodate one's neck as does the standard strap.  Instead, it is a straight-cut strap, and is significantly longer so that you can tote your binocular or other device over the shoulder aside your body, instead of upon your neck.
