Complementing the power and objectives is extra low-dispersion glass and the proprietary MeoBright optical coatings that further boost light transmission while improving color rendition, sharpness, brightness, and contrast. Keeping the magnification to 8x helps to extend the field of view to almost wide angle while minimizing visible hand shake.

Engineered for ergonomics, the chassis is made of a lightweight magnesium alloy that helps to offset the heavy objectives without sacrificing strength and stability.
